AKT - Launch Announcement

We are excited to share an important update with our community.

Domain Health is now Allied Kids Therapy.

While our name and brand have changed, everything that matters most stays the same. The same trusted clinicians, the same services, and the same commitment to supporting children, families, and schools remain at the heart of what we do.

Why We Changed Our Name

As our services have grown, so has our understanding of how we want to show up for the families and children we support.

Our previous name, Domain Health, no longer fully reflected who we are or the work we do every day. We primarily support children in the disability and early intervention space, and we wanted a name that clearly communicates this focus.

We also listened closely to feedback from families and clinicians. Some shared that the term “health” can feel more impairment-focused and less aligned with a neuro-affirming, strengths-led approach. Language matters, and this change allows us to better reflect our values in the way we present ourselves.

Finally, our original name was closely tied to a physical location we are no longer based in. As we continue to grow and support families across more communities, we wanted a name that could grow with us.

Why Allied Kids Therapy

Allied Kids Therapy clearly communicates who we support and what we do.

We are a team of allied health professionals delivering occupational therapy, speech pathology, and physiotherapy for children. Our work is centred on evidence-based practice, strengths-led support, and building meaningful skills that help children thrive at home, at school, and in their communities.

Our new brand was developed with families in mind. It prioritises clarity, warmth, accessibility, and readability, including thoughtful colour contrast and design choices that support inclusive communication.

What Is Changing

You will start to see our new name and visual identity across our website, communications, and resources over the coming weeks. This includes updated logos, colours, and materials that reflect Allied Kids Therapy.

These updates are designed to make it easier for families, referrers, and schools to understand who we are and how we can help.

What Is Staying the Same

Although our name has changed, our care has not.

  • The same experienced clinicians
  • The same services and supports
  • The same values and approach
  • The same commitment to children and families

If you are a current family, participant, or referrer, there is nothing you need to do. Your services will continue as usual, and your care team remains the same.

Supporting Children and Families, Now and Into the Future

This rebrand marks an exciting next chapter for our team. It reflects who we are today and the future we are building alongside the children and families we support.

We are proud to continue this journey as Allied Kids Therapy and look forward to supporting your child’s progress every step of the way.

If you have any questions about the name change or our services, please get in touch. We are always happy to help.
